Elite Strategies Consulting Group (ESCG) helps real estate investors stop managing property like a side hustle and start running it like a business. We work with owners and operators in Tampa Bay, Florida and Northeast Pennsylvania, and with investors nationwide who want clear standards, accountable teams and decisions backed by numbers.
We are operators first. Everything we teach comes from properties we have bought, renovated and run ourselves.
Founded by Martin Perdomo
Martin Perdomo left home at 16 and slept on trains, rooftops and beaches in New York. Today he has closed 200+ real estate transactions and operates 125 doors across Tampa Bay and Northeast Pennsylvania, with nearly two decades of hands-on experience acquiring, renovating and operating real estate through two full market cycles.
He is the author of From Survival to Mastery: The 80/20 Formula for Wealth, Freedom and Fulfillment and the host of the Wealthy AF Podcast, with 576+ episodes since 2020. Martin works in English and Spanish.
